Named by young people themselves, Voice Minority Supplementary School runs regular sessions which seek to increase self-esteem whilst developing a strong sense of identity.
1. Cultural needs
Lessons are planned to explore issues through discussions around identity, history and culture. We actively encourage debates around any issues they may have as a young BME person in Bath, and offer advice on how to deal with them.
This academic year has been a busy yet exciting one with the introduction of a new curriculum and more sessions that cater for a younger age group.
